There’s a great test for doctors to check if something they want to say is suitable for the online world, and it’s called the elevator test.

This test is suggested by Dr Kevin Pho, a thought leader in social media. It’s very simple. Just ask yourself: would I say this in a crowded hospital elevator? If the answer is yes, then go ahead and post it. If the answer is no…. be careful.
